Pinnacle Schools in Price was one of the founding charter schools in Utah. We are currently in our 20th year of operation as a public K-12 school. As part of our charter we limit our fundraising to one major event each year. In the past the funds raised have paid for our students to go on educational field trips. This year being our TWENTIETH year in operation, we are giving our fundraiser a new purpose. In lieu of our annual Wild West Fundraiser we are moving toward our High School H.O.P.E Project.
This project started with seed money from a Talent Ready Grant, which allowed our students to attend college classes, work in health related fields, and graduate with certificates in Health related fields. We are committed to continue this program and expand it to other occupations.
This project gives our students a chance to work in the field of their dreams and get a hands on educational experience that will not only benefits students at our school but also benefits our local community. We have several motivated students that are ready to take on the work. Leaving them with great experiences and preparing them for great jobs locally.
Our plan with Project H.O.P.E is to expand into all available fields. So ALL our students have the opportunity to work in the field of their dreams before they complete High School. This path will lead our students into the career path of their choosing and they will be able to grow into successful adults. This project provides most of our students a once in a lifetime experience.
Our Mission has not changed, just our focus. That mission is to inspire students through educational and unique experiences.
